Account & Data Deletion — Field Command Pro

Option A In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account.
3. Review the notice and confirm. Your account and personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless we’re legally required to retain some records.

Option B Email Request

Send us an email and we’ll process deletion for you.

1. Email Info@FieldCommandPro.com with subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the email/username used for your account and a brief confirmation that you wish to permanently delete it.
3. We’ll verify ownership and complete the request within 30 days.

Option C Install, Log In & Delete

If you’re not currently signed in on a device:

1. Install Field Command Pro from the app store.
2. Log in using the account you want to delete.
3. Navigate to Settings → Delete Account and confirm.

This is the same as Option A, but spelled out for users who need to reinstall first.

What gets deleted?

• Identity data (name, email/username, profile ID)
• Profile & preferences
• In-app content such as pins, comments, alerts
• Subscription entitlements tied to the account
• General app activity associated with your profile

We may retain limited records when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud/abuse, or meet accounting obligations (e.g., payment/transaction logs). These are held only for as long as required.
